Statement of Purpose

Spring Healthcare Limited is devoted to fulfilling a person-centred approach. We provide a safe, warm and caring organization for any service user which is demonstrated by our offering a consistency of environment and structure within their care package.
This will enable service users to re-engage in care, education and develop a sense of self-worth. This will be done through achievement of equipping, the service users with skills for a positive life.
We are a domiciliary care agency, providing care and support to people in their homes. We aim to support people to live in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. We provide health and social care services that enable our clients to live as independently as possible at home as well as remain engaged in activities they enjoy in the community.
We also provide befriending services, home care services and live-in care services to people who need 24-hour care and support. In the future we aim to provide supported living services to people who require care and support in their homes. The individual we looked after range from ages 16 – 65+ years old. Spring Healthcare Limited service also offers the opportunity for individuals to live within their supported accommodation, and to have the choice of support workers. Where we maintain welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, whilst maintaining the care.
We encourage our individuals to have a level of independence, which meets with the assessed needs of everyone. We give the opportunity to our individual to be able to manage their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and building their future. Spring Healthcare Limited is prideful of our person-centred approach as it allows our individuals to have support without any restrictions.

Our approach sets us apart from standard providers as we provide the support needed to rebuild a service user with they’re family. Recovery Programme operates on an environmental, interpersonal and individual level.
We offer programs such as preventing offending: getting it right for service user, depending on the need of the individual we engage them in prevention care programmes.
We try our best to involves everyone who is involved in each individual’s care.
